30 km south-west of Jyväskylä, L.Muuratjärvi 30 m (length 12 km, width 4.5 km), shallow, hard sanded swimming shore, own boat. Wooden chalet 2008, living room convertible sofa/double bed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, hall, washroom/WC, terrace and porch. Chalet has electric heating, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and artesian well water. Separate sauna building (25 m²), washroom/WC, room with fireplace convertible sofa/double bed and open porch Chalet with practical layout, located on a sunny hillock on shore of Lake Muuratjärvi; plot level and grassy. From sauna gentle slope for 15 m to swimming shore, paths have slabs. Water in the tap comes from a well and contains some iron, which causes some taste in the water. However, it's examined and safe to use as a household water. Client can also bring drinking water along. Good fishing and berry picking opportunities. Nearest neighbour 150 m; this is owner’s other chalet (5142). Muuramen Golf 16 km, Riihivuori tourist resort 13 km, horse riding stables 13 km, close to WC Neste Oil Rally section, Muurame 12 km, Korpilahti 10 km.
